The project consists of maintenance dredging and disposal of dredged material by bucket dredge from portions of the Hampton Creek Channel and Herberts Creek Channel to a depth of 12 feet, with an allowable overdepth of two feet. Dredged material shall be placed in the designated Government-furnished placement site at Craney Island Dredged Material Management Area only. The work involves dredging approximately 51,400 cubic yards of material,including 39,900 cubic yards of estimated accretion from the survey dates to April 1997 and allowable overdepth. Magnitude of project is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000. Duration of the project is 60 calendar days. This is an unrestricted procurement. SIC CODE 1629 applies.
