The Government intends to procure various configurations of TOW missiles, sole source, from Hughes Missile Systems Company, Tuscon, AZ for FY 97, with additive option provisions for FY 98 and FY 99. Estimated quantities for all configurations are not expected to exceed 6,000 per year. This will be a Firm-Fixed-Price contract and is to be by other than full and open competition as Hughes is currently the only known source. Interested sources should contact Hughes Missile Systems Company for subcontracting possibilities. No copies of the solicitation exist.
