The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division has a requirement for the analysis, design, development, production, and revision of training systems curriculum for existing and emerging Aviation Anti-Submarine Warfare (AASW) weapon systems by utilization of the Instructional Systems Development Process (ISD). This requirement will involve determining parameters, lesson specification development, design and development of training systems, and development and revision of associated documentation for training system design and development. The procurement will be conducted on a small business set-aside basis. An Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a single award is anticipated. The period of performance will be 60 months. The contract will be awarded on a best value basis following current FASA guidance. The award will contain provisions for firm fixed price and time and materials delivery orders. The applicable Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 2741 and the respective small business size standard is 500 employees.
