Nonpersonal technical services to further develop, enhance and implement Air Force capabilities for successful participation in and support of the following: (1) JINTACCS and other joint allied service programs, (2) Air Combat Command (ACC) and other inter-Air Force programs, (3) interoperability programs and (4) other developmental and operational programs. Work includes but is not limited to engineering, software development, test and evaluation and other technical services as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Work will be performed by the contractor at Langley AFB VA. Basic Year (FY98) with four (4) one-year options. Contract Type is Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF). Potential offerers will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation. ACC CONS highly recommends utilization of the internet for access to the solicitation. A hard copy of the solicitation is available, if requested in writing. The projected solicitation release date is 27 Feb 97. It is the offeror s responsibility to monitor the internet for solicitation release. The solicitation will be released as soon as practicable whether prior or subsequent to the projected date.
