The Library of Congress intends to issue a delivery order against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement to renew a subscription with CDB Infotek, Inc. for the use and access of their services by U.S. Department of Justice, Fort Lee, VA. CDB Infotek provides an online database service which locates individuals, performs background checks on companies and determines the relationships between businesses and individuals as related to civil, criminal, and financial investigations. Service will be continued through September 30, 1997. WRITTEN RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE PRICES AND TECHNICAL DATA SUFFICIENT TO DETERMINE CAPABILITY. No telephone calls will be accepted.
