The Civil Division, U.S. Department of Justice, requires the continuation of contract support to operate five existing supply rooms. The contractor will provide services in the following funtional areas: (1) provide continuous on-site supply room coverage, including ordering, receiving, maintaining, and distributing general office supplies to Civil Division personnel and contractors; (2) maintain and control stock levels in all supply rooms, including one self-service supply room; (3) distribute standard and routine government forms and publications on a regular basis; (4) maintain General Service Administration (GSA) Supply catalogs and other catalogs, including price schedules of commercial vendors; and (5) develop inventory systems and inventory general office supplies, forms and publications on a routine basis. The contractor shall provide all personnel and supervision to perform all functions under a single contract. The guaranteed minimum level of effort shall be 10,040 hours in the base year. The contract will provide for four (4) additional option years. Contract performance shall be at the Civil Division, U.S. Department of Justice, in Washington D.C.
