The operations to be performed shall include cutting grass, edging, fertilization, plant and shrub establishment, cultivation and mulching, vegetation cutting and removal, underbrushing, grassing, erosion control, shrub pruning, tree and stump removal, street sweeping, and other miscellaneous services. These operations shall be performed at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, Virginia. The Government may extend the term of this contract by written notice for an additional period of one (1) to twelve (12) months. The total duration of this contract including the exercise of any options shall not exceed 60 months. The projected date for availability of solicitations is 15 days from synopsis. The projected bid opening date is 30 days from release date. Cost of Bid documents is $12.00 per set for specifications. No cash will be accepted. Checks and money orders shall be made payable to the Treasurer of the United States. Payments must accompany your written request. No telephone request will be accepted.
