Involves work on or near high voltage electrical equipment and transmission lines while energized (230kV). Under this procurement, the cleaning and siliconing will be accomplished 3 times. Each cleaning period will last one month with the periods occurring at 6 month intervals. First period between 02/01/97 and 03/01/97, second period between 08/01/97 and 09/01/97, and third period between 02/01/98 and 03/01/98. Solicitation will be issued o/a 01/30/97.
