The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to make a single award to a postsecondary education institution for the provision of a Vocational Training Program to inmates at the Federal Correctional Complex in Beaumont, Texas. Subjects for instruction may include, but not be limited to, the following areas: diesel engine repair, HVAC, building trades, building maintenance, business education, industrial sewing, and microcomputer application. The contract period shall consist of one 12-month base year with three 12-month option years for renewal. The solicitation will be issued on or about January 28, 1997, with a deadline for receipt of proposals on or about February 28, 1997.
