The proposed work includes providing all plant, labor, material, equipment and services necessary to construct the POL Operations Facility, a 1650 SF structural steel frame, CMU block and brick exterior, and sloped metal roof building. The POL Refueler Vehicle Parking consists of cutting and demolishing existing concrete and asphalt paved areas. Prepare and install new sub-base, provide new asphalt and concrete paving. In addition, provide four (4) reinforced concrete refueler parking stands, including drainage piping and oil/water separator at the Vermont Air National Guard Base, Burlington IAP, VT. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1541; related small business size is $17.0 M. The Magnitude of Construction is $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. Completion date is 150 days after the acknowledgement of the Notice to Proceed. Plans and Specifications will be available on 30 January 1997.
