Install new ceramic tile over existing floor tile, remove four foot high tile wainscotting and install new tile four foot high wainscotting; repair, clean, polish and seal marble toilet and shower stalls in three bathrooms; install new synthetic marble countertop lavatory with vanities below; remove two bathroom exhaust fans and install three new fans; install new suspended acoustical tile ceiling in three bathrooms, paint four bathrooms and other incidental related work at USCG AIR STATION, MAIN HANGAR BUILDING, FLOYD BENNETT FIELD, BROOKLYN, NY. (QUEENS COUNTY) The estimated range of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Soc os 1541 ($17M). Contract performance period is 90 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed.
