This mod will extend the sole source BOA with LSI through 22 February 1998. A CJ&A authorizes and approves the issuance of a class of orders against the BOA. LSI is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the Electronic Warfare Systems and is the only firm that possesses the technical expertise and knowledge required to support this requirement.
