Emergency orders must be available for delivery within 30 mins. Offers will only be considered from blood banks who are able to provide 100% volunteer blood. Offerors must be currently registered and/or licensed with the FDA & Dept. of Health and Human Services. The proposed contract will be for the period of 1 (one) year.
