The Government intends to procure the following under Simplified Acquisition Procedures; The purpose of this contract is to enhance endangered bird species reproduction through protection from nest parasitism by the brown-headed cowbird in support of Military Training opportunities on Marine Corps Base Pendleton. The work will principally involve retrieving cowbird traps and returning them to storage after the nesting season. This contract will include a renewal option for two years. Request for quotation will be available January 28, 1997 and the anticipated award date is February 14, 1997.
