The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) intends to award a sole-source Purchase Order for $50,000.00 to Robert H. Parker, 11122 Tattersall Trail, Oakton, VA 22124 to provide consulting services which involves advising the DARPA/Information Technology Office (ITO) staff on current technical matters concerning potential technology transfer opportunities as well as potential collaborative activities with other government agencies. Mr. Parker will also provide assistance and management in technical areas including computing, micro-architectures, software, networking, adaptive systems, and applications. His knowledge and familiarity in managing scalable computing research from micro-systems to compiler languages and applications, as well as changing the future shipboard information technology architecture for the surface Navy make him uniquely qualified to perform the proposed effort.
