This structure is anticipated to have reinforced concrete foundation and floor slab with masonry/ insulated metal panel walls. Structure shall be steel. Explosion proof interior untilities. Exterior utilities, site improvements, and pavements to include aircraft apron access and vehicle parking. Fireprotection for painting and fuel maintenance operations. Relocate engine test stand. Services to include all professional design and construction management services required to a. Provide a complete design consisting of architectural and engineering drawings, energy budgets, life cycle analysis, calculations, recommendations, specifications, and cost estimates; b. Conduct post award construction management consisting of bid review, surveillance, submittal review, change order review, and preparation of completion documents.
