This acquisition ha s been previously advertised as Solicitation Number GS-08P- 97-JBC-0001 and this numberGS-08P-97-JBC-0502 replaces the previously advertised number. If you sub mitted a request to receive a copy of the solicitation when it is issued, do not request it again. This acquisition shall be procured using the Two-Step Sealed Bidding procedure. The first step being the Request for Technical Proposals, t he second being the Invitation for Bid. The technical evaluation factors are as follows 1) Specialized Experience 2) Past Performance, 3) Qualifications of Key Personnel, 4) Management Approach, 5) Management Controls, 6) Plan of Operation, 7) Quality Control. Evaluation factors shall be submitted as a written propos al in response to the RFP. Only those offerors whose proposals are determined t o be acceptable will be invited to participate in Step Twoof this procedure. N o pricing data shall be included in the Technical proposals. The Request for Pr oposals is expected to be issued o/a 01/27/97. The preproposal conference is te ntatively scheduled o/a 02/10/97, in Denver, Colorado. Proposal due date is exp ected to be o/a 02/17/97. IFB to be issued o/a 02/24/97.
