This solicitation will result in a personal services contract and medical liability insurance coverage is not required. Contractor will work weekdays during hours established by the Clinic Administrator, normally a minimum of 40 hours per week, 800 hours maximum in the remainder of base year and 2000 hours maximum in each of the option years, if exercised. Period of performance for the base period will be 01 June 1997 through 30 September 1997 with two option years. The RFP will be issued on or about 28 February 1997. This is a new requirement without prior acquisition history. This procurement is a total Small Business Set-Aside.
