Provide services to operate the MPSEA System including but not limited to: Data base administration support, data entry and technical programming. Task I -- Program operational support consisting of data entry as requested by marked up reports and lists. Task II -- System enhancements and implementation consisting of scoping and providing technical approaches towards developing modifications to existing applications as well as the development of new applications. Key personnel: Project Manager, Sr. Database Administrator, Sr. Data Base System Analyst, Sr. Database Programmer/Analyst. The basic period of performance is anticipated to be from 01 AUG 1997 through 31 JUL 1998 with four six month options which can extend the contract through 31 JUL 2000.
