Zangwill, (301) 443-5672 The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is soliciting proposals according to the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of The Federal Acquisition Regulations(FAR). According to Part 13, this procurement has been classified as a small business set aside (Firm Fixed-Price). The purpose of this procurement is to analyze present and anticipated new positions for the Division of Federal Occupational Health (FOH), Bureau of Primary Care; write position descriptions usable by HRSA cognizant personnel managers; write evaluation statements; work closely with HRSA line management and personnel management staff in implementing any new position classifications actions in FOH. The contractor shall: meet with project officer to discuss scope of work and clarify issues of the project; provide consulting services related to the design and implementation of the new position structures for FOH; write position descriptions and evaluation statements; provide technical assistance to HRSA line managers and FOH officials. The period of performance is three months. All responsible sources may submit an original and three copies of a Technical Proposal and Request for Quotation.
