seeking companies that provide Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
services to support the USPS entry-level hiring process. IVR will
interact with applicants as they apply for specific vacancies and to
schedule future activities such as interview and drug testing. IVR will
be capable of bi-directional updates from/to an Oracle mainframe
