The OCC requests that any small businesses interested, that are not already on the OCC's Qualified Bidders List (QBL) and are located within a seventy (70) mile radius of the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area, submit a technical capability statement, printing samples, references,. The OCC will add any companies determined to technically capable of performing a typical OCC printing requirement to the QBL. All contractors on the QBL will receive copies of OCC 1997 printing requirements as they occur. All OCC printing requirements are reserved exclusively for small businesses. All responses to this synopsis must be in writing and must be received by February 28, 1997.
