This project consists essentially of, but not limited to, the renovation of an approximately 25,810 square foot concrete and masonry facility. Exterior work shall include the installation of an asphalt shingled roof, replacement of all doors and windows and installation of a new exterior finish system. Interior work shall include the demolition of interior partitions, and the construction of new interior partition walls, offices and renovation of latrines. Work includes installation of new electric service, new heating and air conditioning systems and fire suppression system. Work also includes the abatement of asbestos containing materials. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal and is issued on an unrestricted basis. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1799. All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. Contract performance period is 330 calendar days. Project magnitude is between $1 million and $5 million.
