The work to be performed under this acquisition includes furnishing all materials and performing all work to complete and make ready for occupancy a 4,000 square foot pre-engineered metal maintenance building which includes the following electrical, mechanical, and finishing work: (1) general building finishing details such as gypsum wall board, wall system painting, carpeting, floor title and other associated work; (2) furnishing and installing a complete HVAC system; (3) furnishing and installing complete water and waste/vent systems; (4) furnishing and installing a complete electrical system; (5) furnishing and installing a fire alarm and security system; (6) furnishing and installing a pre-engineered mezzanine; (7) furnishing and installing a suspended ceiling including lighting; and (8) furnishing and installing a fencing and grounding system. The estimated price range of the work is $100,001.00 to $250,000.00. The work is located approximately 5 miles west of Cody, Wyoming, in Park County. Solicitation packages are anticipated to be available January 31, 1997. Requests for solicitations should be received on or before February 18, 1997. The bid opening is tentatively scheduled for March 4, 1997, at the office of the Bureau of Reclamation, Wyoming Area Office, 705 Pendell Avenue, Mills, Wyoming. Work under the contract is to be completed by July 7, 1997. There is no charge for the first copy of the solicitation, additional sets will be provided upon receipt of a nonrefundable check or money order of $9.00 each. After issuance, the solicitation may be viewed, without charge, at the following offices of the Bureau of Reclamation: Great Plains Regional Office, Federal Building, Room 2031, 316 North 26th Street, Billings, Montana or Wyoming Area Office. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the Bureau of Reclamation.
