Work includes, but not limited to: site utilities, masonry building, electrical and mechanical, which is 62% general, 16% mechanical, and 22% electrical, in accordance with specifications and drawings MIN 94-0078. Work is not in a secured area and will not require government escort. Project is estimated between $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. This procurement is being issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business concerns. SDB preference program as contained in DFARS 2319.7204 will be used in the evaluation for award. Period of performance is 240 days. Project documents will be available O/A 10 Mar 97.
