It has been determined in accordance with FAR 9.2 that qualification before contract award is necessary for the TER-9 Bomb Rack, NSN: 1095-01-229-3821, P/N: 93104917-10. All future acquisitions of this item will be subject to the qualification requirements. It is estimated that it will take a potential source 45 calendar days to prepare and submit the capability submission requirements, and 21 calendar days for the government to evaluate the capability submission. Both large and small businesses are encouraged to respond to this synopsis. The extent of foreign participation has not been determined, therefore, all requests shall contain a statement as to whether the respondent company is domestically or foreign owned.
