The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and the DLA Administrative Support Center (DASC) has a requirement for non-personal copier service for all DLA sites and associated facilities throughout the Continental United States (CONUS)(except Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). This copier service will also be available for use by any other DoD or federal agencies located in CONUS. In addition, contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, materials, supplies (except paper), installation, maintenance, key operator training, and replacement parts. Services and supplies will be provided for four (4) Regions (Region 1 -- Northeast, Region 2 -- South, Region 3 -- Central; and Region 4 -- West). All services and supplies to be provided will be set forth in individual delivery orders. Offerors shall be prepared to perform the required effort for the listed task areas within CONUS for any resulting contract from this action for a period of one (1) base year and four (4) option years, not exceeding a total of sixty (60) months. The primary Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) element supported by this solicitation is the DLA Administrative Support Center (DASC), however, other DLA elements as well as other DoD and federal agencies may also receive services and supplies.
