SIC CODE 8731, SIZE STANDARD 1500 Employees. This planned acquisition has been set aside for competition in the 8(a) Program. This requirement is for the Materials Laboratory (ML) Environment and Management/Technical support for the Materials Directorate, Wright Laboratory, Wright-Patterson AFB OH. The primary objective of this effort is to support the management of an integrated hazardous materials, hazardous waste and pollution prevention program. The secondary objective is to provide management and technical support to the Materials Directorate's five divisions in terms of database administration, graphical generation, administrative processing and metrics computation. A Preproposal Conference was held on 20 Nov 96 and the minutes from this conference will be included in the formal RFP. The formal RFP will be issued electronically (absolutely no hardcopies will be issued) via the ASC Preaward Information Exchange System (PIXS) at Wright-Patterson AFB.
