Subject to funding limitations, RFP's will be issued to develop and conduct a market study to assess public satisfaction with the Job Corps program services. Populations to be studied will include current Job Corps Students, Former Job Corps Students, current Job Corps staff, employers of Job Corps students, and service providers and referral sources of Job Corps youth. The study will take place in Job Corps Region number 9, which encompasses several venues located in the states of California, Nevada, Arizona, and Hawaii. A final report and outbriefing will be required to present results and analysis of required findings at the completion of the study. The successful offeror is to be selected using the following evaluation criteria: Cost, Schedule of Completion, Qualifications, and Past Performance.
