Contract requires cutting of approximately 100,000 lineal feet of sheet piling into smaller lengths from Government stockpile. Sheetpile will then be delivered 100 miles and stockpiled at project site. Land based access to the site where the sheet piling is presently stored is limited. Rehabilitation of gates in outlet structures is included in this contract. Solicitation will be available approximately 15 February 1997. To qualify as a small business concern under this solicitation, the size standard is a small business concern and its affiliates having average annual receipts for the preceding three years not in excess of $5 million.
