This project consists of the construction of a 4200 square meter building to house a Regional Air/Land Battle Emulation training facility, and associated administrative, maintenance, and other support facilities. The building construction consists of a structural steel frame structure with metal roof deck, brick veneer over steel stud walls, concrete drilled pier foundation and a concrete floor slab. Also included will be parking facilities, utilities, a service road, and concrete hardstand. The specifications have been placed on Compact Disk (CD-ROM) and will be provided free of charge. Specifications will not be provided in a printed paper hard copy format. Notification of amendments shall be made through either 3.5" diskette, CD ROM, and/or the internet. The Government intends to issue this solicitation through the use of CD ROM and the internet. However, the Government reserves the right to use only the internet as notification of any changes to this solicitation. It is therefore the contractors responsibility to check the following address daily for any posted changes to this solicitation.
