The work consists of the addition of twenty-three (23) steam unit heaters to the craneway area of Building 2200, including associated steam piping, condensate return piping, pressure reducing stations, drip legs, electrical power, equipment and piping supports, associated controls and incidental related work. The contractor shall be working in an existing building which is occupied. The work under this contract requires special attention to the scheduling and conduct of the work in connection with existing operations. Construction will be performed in three (3) phases. Estimated cost for this contract is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Estimated time for completion of this contract is 120 days from award date. This procurement is classified as unrestricted.
