Command (NAVAIR) intends to award an Order under Basic Ordering
Agreement (BOA) N00019-96-G-0044 for the efforts required for technical
support service to the United States Marine Corps for Remotely Piloted
Vehicle (RPV) Operations during Exercise Hunter-Warrior. The purpose
is to install, support, and service communication products incident to
RPV Operations and to provide communication/network connectivity among
the U.S. Marine Coprs participants in Exercise Hunter-Warrior.
Specifically, BAI will provide a Satellite Communications Link to
interface with the EXDRONE Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) during the
Exercise Hunter-Warrior and as such is the only source capable of
fulfilling the Government's requirements. This synopsis is published
