The due date for receipt of proposals is extended to Tuesday, 12 Feb 97 at 1500 hours Eastern Time. Offerors are reminded that the late proposal provisions of FAR 52.215-10 mentioned in the original announcement are still in effect. Offerors who may have already submitted proposals are offered the opportunity to update or revise their proposals and are requested to contact the contracting office to inform the contracting point of contact of their intention and/or disposition of proposals already submitted.
