Research Laboratory (NRL) is building an Interim Control Module (ICM)
for the NASA International Space Station (ISS). In support of this
effort, NRL has a requirement for three Star Tracker Cameras (STC's),
to include software algorithms, and one ground stimulator for testing
the STC's. The STC's will be integrated into the ICM to provide the
attitude measurement capability for controlling the space vehicle. The
successful offeror must manufacture, test and deliver all items within
6 months after contract award date. Offerors must have specialized
experience, adequate support facilities and an ability to provide
qualified personnel. A Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee completion contract is
anticipated. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall
