This project involves the renovation of interior spaces connected to the main core areas of the in-patient psychiatric floors (second and third) of Building 61, the installation of a HVAC system, the installation of a building wide fire sprinkler system, and the replacement of windows. The renovation will incorporate a redesign of the interior floor layout to eliminate functional deficiencies and to better meet the VA space criteria. An IH may be required to verify previous asbestos surveys and identify potential asbestos abatement necessary to complete the project. Construction cost range is $1,000,000 to $3,000,000. (0016)
