HQ AF Medical Operations Agency, located at Brooks AFB TX, intends to solicit and negotiate a firm fixed price contract for a basic and three option years with Human Resources Development, 6146 Grovedale Drive, Suite 302B, Alexandria VA 22310. The requirement is for Subscription to access the FAMNET Telecommunications Network for 100 worldwide locations. This network includes electronic mail access to specialized databases FAMNET; FAMRAP; FAMFILE; FAMCOM; FAMINFO, conference boards and on-line teleconferencing sessions. The proposed contract action is for services which the government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All proposals received within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
