Coast Guard has identified a requirement for Information Resources Management (IRM) technical support services to support the Marine Safety and Environmental Protection Directorate. Services anticipated to be required include data entry; training; program runs/report generation; software development; data communications; Internet access; electronic data interchange (EDI) access; data/freedom of information act (FOIA) administration; optical disk/imaging and computer aided systems engineering (CASE). Proposals will only be solicited from eligible 8(a) firms and the proposed acquisition will be conducted on a competitive basis. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 7374 and the size standard is $18.0 million in gross annual receipts. This acquisition will consist of a base year with four 1-year option periods. The estimated level-of-effort per year is a minimum of 1,636 to a maximum of 102,718 labor hours.
