Service period is one year. Service location is Washington, DC. The license grants us the right to copy and distribute the software to end users, on cd-rom. Pricing for licenses is to be provided for one year, with two additional one-year options. The Government believes that these services may only be obtained from Auto-Graphics, since the software is proprietary to that company. This is not a formal solicitation.
