Concerns having the ability for providing a Residential Community Corrections Center facility for male and female Federal offenders. Thoses individuals having the capability to provide this service shall give written notification to the contracting office listed in this notice (including phone number and point of contact). Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, training opportunities, and treatment, to include furnishing subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hopitial, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of facility shall be in the Memphis, Tennessee area. Estimated number of mandays are 43,800 (35,040 male and 8,760 female) for the base period, 21,900 mandays (17,520 male and 4,380 female) for option years 1, 2, and 3. Estimated issue date is o/a 02/21/97. Estimated closing date is o/a 04/22/97. Contract base period is two years with three one-year options to renew. A Firm-Fixed Price Requirements Contract is anticipated. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency. No collect calls will be accepted.
