Concerns having the ability for providing a Residential Community Corrections Center facility for male and female Federal offenders. Thoses individuals having the capability to provide this service shall give written notification to the contracting office listed in this notice (including phone number and point of contact). Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, training opportunities, and treatment, to include furnishing subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hopital, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of facility shall be in the Columbus, Ohio area. Estimated number of mandays are 35,211 (28,169 male and 7,042 female) for the base period, 18,136 mandays (14,509 male and 3,627 female) for option year No. 1, 18,498 mandays (14,798 male and 3,700 female) for option year No. 2. and 18,866 mandays (15,093 male and 3,773 female) for option year No. 3. Estimated issue date is o/a 02/21/97. Estimated closing date is o/a 04/23/97. Contract base period is two years with three one-year options to renew. A Firm-Fixed Price Requirements Contract is anticipated. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency. No collect calls will be accepted.
