TEXTILES VENDOR CONFERENCE Federal Prison Industries (UNICOR) will sponsor a two day vendor conference on March 25 -- 26, 1997. The conference will be held at the Xerox Training Center, Leesburg, VA. The purpose of the conference is to develop new vendor sources, familiarize vendors with UNICOR and Defense Personnel Supply Center (DPSC) requirements and procedures.
