The systems components are listed as follows: 1) AS-TE 4000, Tekmar 6000 Thermodesorption Unit shall be equipped with a 1/2" Furnace, Tenax Trap, Empty Trap, 60" transfer line to the Gas Chromatograph and transfer line for liquid nitrogen. 2) AS-TE-2050 Tekmar 3000/6000 Installation Kit. 3) AS-TE-9300 Interface Cable for adaption to the Tekmar 6000 Thermodesorber to the Gas Chromatograph. 4) AS-TE-0554 Teklink Software, Windows based. 5) AS-TE-4300 Aero Can Canister/Bag Interface for Tekmar 6000. 6) AS-TE-0440 Cryo Focusing Unit for Tekmar 6000. 7) AS-TE-4316 Tekmar Autocan Canister AutoSampler/Concentrator with 16 position Cryo Focusing. 8) AS-TE-4317 Sixteen Canisters for Tekmar Aerocan 6L-BRC Stainless Steel with Valve. 9) AS-KS-1296 Calibration Unit for Trace Level Calibration. 10) AS-TE-4020 Tekmar 6016 AutoSampler for Thermodesorption of 0.5" AirSampling Tubes. 11) AS-TE-4160 Thermo Trap Conditioning Device for 0.5" Air Sampling Tubes. 12) System shall be set- up, installed, training and performance testing shall be on-site. 13) Operator Manuals shall be furnished, 4 in English, 1 in German. 14) Maintenance Manuals shall be furnished, 3 in English, 1 in German. 15) One Year Warranty for On-Site Repairs. Specifications require the contractor to include: 1) all cables and communication lines. 2) Electrical Requirements: Equipment shall be operable on 220V/50Hz Single Phase. 3) Equipment configuration must be 100% compatible with on-hand HP 5890/5970 GC/MSD and Laboratory Information Management System. 4) Shall include a 3 Year Software Update with 1 Year Software Support. 5) Must have the capability to perform repairs, maintenance, trouble-shooting, and provide on-site customer training.
