requires binary coded-wire fish tags for the Columbia River Fishery
Program Office at Vancouver, WA. Tags must be capable of being injected
by the MK2A model injector. Tags to be made from type 302 stainless
steel wire 1.0 mm and .5 mm in length, and .25 mm in diameter. The wire
shall be wound on spools usable in the MK2A injector. Tags are to be
permanently etched with four longitudinal rows of binary coding. Tags
must be magnetized to provide a magnetic moment greater than 5 x 10 --
