Naval Air Warfare Center -- Weapons Division (NAWCWPNS) Point Mugu, CA intends to solicit an increase to the present contract on an other than competitive basis with Jopana Technologies, Inc., Camarillo, CA for design, fabrication, integration of new, and modification of existing data reduction software and hardware for Upgrade Tacticl Data Reduction Systems (UTDRS). This is an increase in ceiling to the existing contract N68936-96-D-0232 whose ordering period ends 14 May 99. Jopana is the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of the UTDRS, possesses the engineering and software expertise and the required propietary data packages. The additional effort will be ordered via individual task orders. The period of performance will remain unchanged.
