This is a correction to a previously published announcement to provide A/E Services for design development for Project 663-314, Correct Mental Health Care Building Deficiencies. The A/E shall incorporate existing preliminary design and cost estimate to provide working drawings and specifications and construction period services only. There is no design development required under this annoucement. The project involves the renovation of the Mental Health Care Building interior spaces to eliminate functional deficiencies and to better meet the VA space criteria. Services include, but not limited to, architectural, electrical and mechanical disciplines. An IH may be required to verify previous asbestos surveys and identify potential asbestos abatement necessary to complete the project. Construction cost range is $1,000,000 to $3,000,000. (0017)
