The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, labor, equipment, materials, transportation and packaging to handle, remove, transport, regenerate and return the spent carbon media contained in three (3) vapor phase carbon absorption units used at the Groundwater Treatment Plant, in strict accordance with the specification to Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA. The estimated quantity is 11 each annually. The contract will be for one base year and 4 option years. All responsible offerors may submit a proposal which will be considered. Only written requests for solicitation packages will be accepted. There is a $50.00 charge for this solicitation package. Certified check, cashier's check, or money order must accompany the request and should be made payable to the US Department of Treasury.
