Before cleaning, the contractor shall remove residual contaminated fuel, oil, waste, etc. and discharge into contractor furnished conveyance and dispose of it in accordance with the RFP/contract. The contractor shall also provide gas freeing certificates and data. An indefinite delivery, requirements contract is anticipated. Services will be performed aboard ships berthed in Ingleside, TX, area. The proposed contract is a l00% small business set-aside. The SIC Code is 7699 and the threshold is $5.0 million. Any responsible small business is encouraged to propose. Services are more fully defined in the RFP which is expected to be released approximately l5 days after the date of this synopsis and will close approximately 30 days thereafter.
