This is a solicitation for multifamily mortgage credit analysis services for the HUD Cincinnati Area Office. Work includes mortgage credit processing and cost certifications for multifamily projects for selected multifamily mortgage insurance program applications. This procurement is being solicited using simplified acquisition procedures, and the value of the contract shall not exceed $100,000. The contract period is for two years with no options to extend the contract.
