HUD is seeking a contractor to enhance and develop a maintenance and improvement budget for the FHACTS. FHACTS is a computer accounting system which serves customers throughout the Office of Housing. The system provides information on actual expenses by fund account, and control over obligations and payment. The contractor shall provide technical assistance services by converting or rewriting FHA budget and credit subsidy spreadsheet programs and files to Microsoft Excel and to the Housing Budget Division's budget execution functions by evaluating costs and benefits of requested improvements. The period of performance is 12 months from date of award with two 12-month option periods. This solicitation will be available on or about 02/04/97.
